Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full Refund (100%)

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at Contact Us under the subject line Cancelation.

Partial Refund (75%)

If you cancel your order between 24 and 48 hours after purchase, you will receive a 75% refund, less a 25% cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, please follow the same instructions as above.

Partial Refund (50%)

If you cancel your order between 48 and 72 hours after purchase, you will receive a 50% refund, less the 50% cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, please follow the same instructions as above.

No Refund

Cancellations made beyond 72 hours after purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

Additional Information

• Our services are based on labor only, and we do not sell products or software to the end consumer.
• We charge setup and activation fees to prepare and configure software according to your specific needs.
• We have prepaid hosting fees for corporations, and there is no refund for past hosting.
• You may cancel your future hosting at any time. Cancellation will take effect immediately, and your current balance will be prorated.

• We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud or abuse.
